Shram Mandir Trust provides education and hostel facilities for children of leprosy-affected families and, recently, tribal children. Many of these children lack access to education due to their parents’ labour-intensive work. By integrating them into our program, we ensure they receive academic support and holistic development.
Beyond studies, children engage in sports, music, yoga, painting, and cultural activities in a dedicated activity room. We currently run two girls’ hostels and one boys’ hostel, with a new boys’ hostel under construction. Students have excelled academically, with several pursuing higher education in science, arts, and nursing.
To broaden their learning experiences, we organise educational trips and regular outings, fostering curiosity and personal growth.
